SJC Announces Partnerships with Exceptional Higher Education Institutions
University of Saint Thomas
Through a unique and groundbreaking relationship, the University of St. Thomas (UST) Houston and Saint Joseph’s College will offer online programs, beginning fall 2021, on the Saint Joseph’s campus in Rensselaer through the Saint Joseph’s Academic Center. Through the Center, students will take online classes together, be guided by tutors, and interact with business mentors who will introduce them to the world of work—including possible internships with local businesses.
The Associate of Applied Science in Cybersecurity will be the first of many programs offered by UST. Students will learn all the skills needed to begin or excel in a career in computer network administration. Organizations rely on cybersecurity professionals to protect their digital assets from damage or theft.
University of St. Thomas is Houston's Catholic University, committed to the religious, ethical and intellectual traditions of Catholic higher education. For more than 70 years, UST has been graduating students into successful careers in medicine, education, business, public administration and more – throughout Houston and across the globe.
