about our Training Program
why pursue Supervisor Training
There is a growing and well-documented demand for First-Line Supervisors across Indiana’s workforce. According to Indiana’s INDemand Jobs list, supervisory roles are in high need across more than 20 industries, including construction, transportation, production, office administration, retail, and personal services. Many of these roles are classified as “4 Flame” or “3 Flame” priority jobs, meaning they are not only in demand but also offer stable, long-term employment opportunities. This program helps you meet that need by sharpening your leadership skills and preparing you to take on supervisory responsibilities with confidence and credibility.
