Black King Matthew P. Godfrey (California Prestige) - Godfrey is the mastermind.  He is the leader of the team and the reason for their success.  He's been called 'the Black King' by some from his past experiences.  Though the team was originally assembled by Abigail Hart, Godfrey is the reason why it stays together.  This is because of both his personality as well as his history, which ranges from random moments of theft to elaborate cons he performed when still leading Godfrey's Army. The only weakness he has ever shown is a strange orange pill he takes, never speaking of it.  He is a weapons fanatic, movie expert, and  a rumored art thief, though he resents ever being called a thief.  He is also the only one who might be able to stop the Shadow.

Hammer of JusticeAbigail E. Hart (Gambit) - Abigail is the reason for the team being brought together in the first place with the single goal of stopping the Shadow.  Her desire to one day be a successful lawyer, like her mother, has given her the canny ability to find a loophole in nearly any situation, as well as make her the backbone for the team.  She lives up to her name of 'Gambit' by acting somewhat like Godfrey, a mastermind working behind the scenes.  She is a serious procrastinator and maybe just as much of a threat to the Shadow as Godfrey.

FBI badgeAaron E. Steel (Sealion) - Aaron is the source of FBI information to the team, as his father heads up the protection detail at Hudson University.  It is obvious from very early on that he is definitely not a fan of Matthew Godfrey.  Though he wants no part in Abigail's plans, he certainly wants nothing to do with Godfrey, who was apparently once the only thing Agent Steel spoke of.  Aaron is hardheaded and not very trusting, but doesn't have much of a choice now that the Shadow has come to Hudson.

Happy and Sad MasksSarah L. Underhill (Artisan) - Sarah is the team's actress/infiltrator.  To be honest, Godfrey has not worked since the breaking of Godfrey's Army and never trusted anyone to play as the infiltrator.  That was until he saw Sarah acting in the school's plays.  Her father was a former Broadway actor turned to Hollywood who died in a tragic plane crash.  The horrible event struck Sarah with her ultimate fear...a fear of heights.  She was also the reason why Abigail turned to Matthew Godfrey for help.  Sarah is an artist, music enthusiast, TV fan (being personally fond of SNL and The Office) and really loves making Aaron mad.

TridentEvan C. Wright (Poseidon) - Evan is one of Godfrey's oldest friends who used to work with him and Godfrey's Army.  He is the combat specialist, being maybe one of the few that is a better fighter than Godfrey.  He is even a better swimmer, being a championship athlete in the water.  He truly lives up to his name of 'Poseidon', taking full control of his aquatic surroundings.  He loves the pool, working hard, and earning what he gets.  If the Shadow ever meets someone he would not want to get into a fist fight with, Evan would be it.

ComputerKatie A. Defond (Solo) - Katie is the team's hacker.  She is an expert at finding information and breaking codes.  In fact, an old hobby of her's was hacking into the CIA's servers just for the fun of it.  She earned the name of 'Solo' a long time ago when she made the fatal mistake of telling Godfrey that she 'flies solo'.  Naturally, Godfrey has never let her forget it.  She is obviously talented behind a computer and ready for a challenge.

Medical needleAnne A. Defond (Sherlock)
- Anne is Katie's twin sister and is the team's medical expert.  Her dream to one day be an accomplish doctor has given her a certain drive as well as a natural talent for medicine.  She is a born doctor.  Though she is never thrilled to see her friends hurt, she is always more than ready to take care of them.  Some even say she knows more than most when it comes to Godfrey's 'special condition'.  Her brilliant ability to point out the obvious as earned her the name 'Sherlock', which Godfrey has made sure would follow her wherever she goes.  She is usually quiet and more than ready to get into the fight.

Blacksmith's AnvilDerek J. Bairde (Blacksmith) - Derek is the team's security and weapons specialist.  The only other teammate that might know more about weapons is Godfrey.  He is the one that hacks into security systems and shuts them down or redoes the programming.  To be honest, he was the reason why so many of Godfrey's previous infiltrations went so well.  Derek might not be able to hunt down information in codes or steal FBI files like Katie, but he is a master at infiltration.  His ability to break through defenses as well as care for any weapons or technology brought to him has earned him the name 'Blacksmith'.  He is a Purdue fan, game enthusiast, and not the most eager to jump right into the fight.

Royale CardsStacey E. King (Royale) - Stacey does not play that big of a role on the team but is certainly important in her own way.  Her father being a general in the Army, she is very useful in getting information through the military.  She has also proved herself to be somewhat of a snob, not fearing to voice her opinion or put down those she does not like.  She certainly takes some getting used to.  Stacey earned her name 'Royale' because she acts like she is royalty.  She has the interesting ability to be quick with her tongue, is a bit annoying, a brilliant card player, and a coward in the face of a fight.

Musical notesAdele L. Underhill (Vocalist) - Adele is Sarah's older sister, who plays a very brief role for the team very similar to Sarah's.  She herself is an actress and an infiltrator, brought on as an extra hand.  Much of her acting is over the top but she certainly gets the job done.  She is also a good source of a positive attitude.  She might not be afraid of flying like Sarah but she hates movie theaters.  She claims motion pictures were the reason for her father's death and never sees a movie until it is released for purchase.  She love to sing, is great at dramatics, loves The Office more than anyone, and never fails to seem a bit bossy.
