across the world with one aim. It was a goal that Godfrey forced
them to and was lost after it all. For
one reason or another, Godfrey's Army broke apart long before the
Shadow came to Hudson city and Abigail Hart came up with a plan to stop
him. Godfrey's
Army took part in some of the most famous cons and theifs in Europe
before it fell apart. Remarkable that it was made entirely of
teenagers. Matthew Godfrey led
his team to do such things as rig a jury, con an English nobleman out
of his title, steal the ownership to an estate in France, and many
other remarkable jobs. Before
Godfrey's Army fell apart, Matthew Godfrey managed to earn himself a
few names for his role as the mastermind. Among such was 'the
Black King', which was given to him by Interpol after an interesting
con involving the theft of a priceless chess set. Needless to
say, the title followed him into retirement and that back into Abigail
Hart's plans.
