SJC - FAR - NewsLetter03
October 26, 2005

The purpose of these news letters is to keep the SJC community updated on GLVC (Great Lakes Valley Conference), GLFC (Great Lakes Football Conference) and NCAA Division II situations and how they affect Saint Joseph's College.

Student-Athletes Reach Out to Help the Community and the Community Reaches Out to Help the Student-Athletes

On September 10, the Men's and Women's Cross Country team volunteered at Rensselaer Central High School/Middle School Cross Country Invitational.  The student-athletes helped stop traffic, worked the concession stand, and helped at the finish line.  Their participation really helped the success of the Rensselaer High School/Middle School Cross Country Invitational.

On September 20, all student-athletes were required to attend a drug and alcohol awareness night in the Saint Joseph's College Shen Auditorium
