MTH 441  Instructions for Poster Session for Colloquium Day

Tuesday March 30th.   Location:  Halleck Ballroom.

Set up after 10:00 a.m.
(  Must be ready to go by 11:00 a.m.)
Bring:
          Poster. 
          Any handouts, demonstration items oraccessories for display. 
          Laptop:   There are 6 laptops  (one for each group).   The laptops are in my office.   Your Powerpoints should be downloaded onto the laptop.  You may if you wish check out the laptop ahead of time  and then bring to the ballroom directly.  Otherwise you should come by my office by 10:00 a.m.  to pick it up. 

Presentation times:  11:00 a.m. -- 12:30 p.m.  
Posters are to remain up until after the reception.
Reception  honoring participants (with food)   is in the ballroom at 3:30 -- 4:00 p.m.
Please write next to your name time that you will be available to monitor your poster station, and also who is setting up  and who is taking down your display, who is picking up laptop and when.
(Also make a note for yourself  so you remember what you said!)
