Saint Joseph's College will host a Tae Kwon Do training program through Xcelsior Martial Arts. The program will be held weekly on Wednesday evenings beginning April 3 and ending May 8 in the Presidential Suite, which is located on the second floor of the Richard F. Scharf Alumni Fieldhouse.
Age ranges for the program are three to six and seven to adult, and no experience is required. The three to six session will be held 6:30-7:00 pm CDT, and the seven to adult session will be held from 7:30-8:15 CDT. Through the program, students will learn confidence, discipline, self-defense, and fitness. It will be led by experienced instructor Austin Ruuska. The cost for the entire program is $75 per person.
