I heard about SJC first from a college fair at my high school, and then I continued to hear only great things about the College.
I am receiving financial aid for academics and aid as a result of the FAFSA. It is helping my family greatly for me to be able to attend SJC because I have three siblings, and our parents are putting/have put us all through Catholic education from preschool to college.
I chose SJC because I loved it from the start. A small, close-knit community is something that I really value, which was a strong factor in my decision. Also, my parents and I found the Core Program to be very interesting and unique, so we were intrigued by it.
The unique things offered, being close to home, and the exceptional financial assistance we were offered by SJC truly made our decision simple.
If I become a teacher, I hope to go back to teach at my high school.
One of my biggest dreams is to live in Croatia, where my family is from. So if I could find a job there after college, I would love to move there. And one day, I hope to be married and start a family.
