Why did you choose SJC?
I chose Saint Joseph's College because of the close-knit community that the campus has. I hated the idea of just being a "number" at a larger institution. I also liked that it was close to my home and my family.

As a student, what were you involved in?
I was involved in the Columbian Players (theatre organization) as President, and I had principle roles in the five theatrical productions I was involved with at SJC. I was also active in a number of community theatre groups. I was a Theatre Performance Scholar, an Academic Scholar, a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta and Delta Epsilon Sigma academic honor Societies, and I participated in Kairos (retreat program sponsored by Campus Ministry). I also worked as a Student Ambassador for the Admissions Office.

What are you doing now?
I will spend this summer working for the Heartland Arts Festival in Platteville, Wisconsin, where I'll perform the roles of Farmer Leo in Belgians in Heaven, the Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz, and the voice of Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors. The festival will run from mid-June to late-July.

How did SJC prepare you for the "real world"?
The professors here are absolutely wonderful and will do whatever they can to help you achieve your dreams. The education I'm receiving is not only helping me gain the knowledge needed to graduate, but knowledge I'll be able to apply to the rest of my life.
