Accepted Students
"I've paid my deposit, now what?"
Shortly after we receive your deposit, you will receive a folder of information filled with
forms for housing, the Health and Wellness Center, enrollment, etc. All of the questionnaires
will need to be sent back to the College.
For your convenience, those forms are listed below. You will need to print the questionnaires in order to mail them to SJC.
