Counseling Services
Referrals to Other Mental Health ProfessionalsAlong with providing direct counseling services, the
counselor can help students find other mental health professionals. For
students who could benefit from off-campus psychological or psychiatric
assistance, we have developed contacts with local providers. Wabash Valley
Hospital in Lafayette is a psychiatric hospital with inpatient facilities,
and they also maintain a Rensselaer office that provides outpatient programs
and psychiatric assessment services.
