State of Indiana Programs

*State of Indiana grants awarded by the Office of Student Financial Services are estimates and are subject to confirmation by the State Student Assistance Commission of Indiana (SSACI). Total state grants cannot exceed $10,992.

Higher Education Award (Part of the Frank O'Bannon Grant Program)
up to $3,958 *	FAFSA received at processor by March 10th Indiana state residents admitted and attending an Indiana college Grants awarded for up to 8 semesters Documented financial need U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen Full-time student
Freedom of Choice Award (Part of the Frank O'Bannon Grant Program)
up to $7,034 *	FAFSA received at processor by March 10th Awarded to Indiana state residents who recieve a Higher Education Award and plan to attend an eligible independent institution of higher education within the State of Indiana Grants awarded for up to 8 semesters U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen Full-time student
21st Century Scholars Program
up to $5,640 *	Enroll during the 7th or 8th grade Meet program requirements Reaffirm eligibility during senior year of high school U.S. Citizen or eligible non-citizen Full-time student
