Requirements: * Minority students -- defined as Black or Hispanic
* Minority students who are pursuing a teaching certification
* Individuals who are pursuing a Special Education teaching or Occupational or Physical Therapy certification (not restricted to ethnic background requirement)
* Indiana residents attending an eligible Indiana college
* Students admitted or attending a college/university on a full-time basis (usually defined as 12 credit hours per term)
* Students who maintain a 2.0 GPA or the GPA requirement from their schools of Education or Occupational and Physical Therapy, if it is higher
* Students must complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)How to Apply: Applications are available at SSACI website. Applications must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office of the college/university that the student plans to attend.

Requirements: * Student must be admitted or attending an approved college/university as a full-time (12 credit hours or more per term) or part-time (6-11 credit hours per term) nursing student.
* Demonstrate financial need for the scholarship.
* Complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form.
* Applicants must agree to work as a nurse in an Indiana health care setting for at least two (2) years following graduation.How to Apply: Applications are available at SSACI website.
