How to Apply: To enter, beginning on August 1, 2011, submit a complete survey, including answering the required open-ended question online at the Sponsor's Website (www.campusdiscovery.com) no later than January 31, 2012 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. Limit one (1) Survey per person. The submitted Survey must include name and contact information and a short original, previously unpublished written response to the scholarship topic, "Assume you could go back in time and talk to yourself as a high school senior. Knowing what you know now about college life and making the transition, what advice would you give yourself?" Your written response must be written in English, with correct spelling and grammar, and it must not exceed two-hundred (200) words. No substitutions of new drafts or corrected pages will be accepted once you have submitted your original Survey. Responses that are obscene, pornographic, libelous or otherwise objectionable will be disqualified.
