Payment by Credit Card
Before visiting CASHNet, please be aware that:
• To access CASHNet® SmartPay, you will need your seven-digit student ID number and a five-digit pin number. Your seven-digit student ID number is on your student ID card and also on your monthly billing form. You can receive your PIN Number by calling the Bursar's Office at 219-866-6145 or sending an e-mail to bursar@saintjoe.edu.
• At this time, CASHNet® SmartPay accepts American Express, Mastercard, and Discover. You may also pay via electronic check.
• You will be assessed a service charge for the convenience of making payments on the Web. The service charge for use of CASHNet® SmartPay is 2.9% . For payments in excess of $3,000.00, the service charge is 2.9% of the first $3,000.00, and 2.15% of the remainder of the amount.
• CASHNet® SmartPay is an optional service for those customers who wish to enjoy the convenience of online payments. If you prefer not to pay the service charge, you are not required to use CASHNet® SmartPay. You may make your payment by mailing your check directly to Saint Joseph’s College.
