Future Students
These awards, given directly by the College, are
made possible by the donor support of alumni, parents and friends of the
College. All awards require full-time enrollment. In order to be
considered for these awards, please review our application procedure.

The following awards must be granted as an incoming
freshman (not transferring college credits) beginning the 2008-2009 academic year:

The following awards may be awarded to an incoming
freshman or transfer student beginning the 2008-2009 academic year:

Athletic-Leadership Scholarship |
One full tuition, room and board scholarship annually |
Incoming freshmen who have exhibited exceptional leadership skills,
maintained a cumulative 2.5 GPA, played basketball or football in
high school and reside and attend high school in Allen County (Indiana)
and its contiguous counties.
Special application and letters of recommendation required before
January 31. On campus competition by invitation only. |
• 2.00 GPA
• Demonstrate Satisfactory Academic Progress and remain in good social standing
• participate in organized sports at SJC or be otherwise engaged in some useful and meaningful extracurricular or work activity |
The following awards must be granted as an incoming
transfer beginning the 2008-2009 academic year:
• Students must be transferring from an accredited post-secondary institution
• Must have at least 12 transferable hours
