Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE)
SJC's Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) chapter uses business skills and resources to promote education and awareness about free markets and the free enterprise system. SIFE advocates teach the importance of the capitalist system by hosting events like the annual Free Enterprise Day, where high school students are made members of "companies" and asked to create a marketing plan for a specific product. They also volunteer their time to worthy causes like the Rensselaer Care Center and Salvation Army.
