Gallagher Charitable Society
Originally started by residents of Gallagher Hall, the
Gallagher Charitable Society is a volunteer organization that aims to
foster a caring relationship between the College community and city of
Rensselaer. One of the group’s most successful programs is the annual
Christmas Convocation for Underprivileged Children and Their Families,
where members dress in costume, organize games and provide gifts for local
children in need.
