Dr. Mark Seely has a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of California, Davis. He has taught at SJC since 1997, and is currently serving as Chair of the Psychology Department and Division Coordinator for the Social Sciences. Prior to SJC, Dr. Seely taught at California State University, Sacramento. His area of specialty is cognitive psychology, although his primary academic interests are in the area of evolutionary psychology. He has taught statistics courses along with a wide variety of psychology courses over the last two decades.
