SJC Email on Apple Mobile Products
If you are a Google Mail user, please follow this link for different instructions.Step 1
Go to SETTINGS, select MAIL.
Step 2
From MAIL menu, select ADD ACCOUNT.
Step 3
Select OTHER.
Step 4
Select IMAP. Enter your name. Then your SJC email address.
Scroll Down to 'Incoming Mail Server' and enter following.
Host Name: imap.saintjoe.edu
User Name: abc1234@saintjoe.edu (your SJC email address).
Password: your SJC login/email password.
Step 5
Scroll Down 'Outgoing Mail Server' and enter following.
Host Name: smtp.saintjoe.edu
Step 6
Click "Yes", you would like to continue.
Step 7
Repeat Steps 1 and 2, at 2 click on the new email you just made.
Step 8
Click on the advanced option.
Step 9
Click on Deleted Mailbox.
Step 10
Make sure that the Trash button is checked UNDER the server and not under iphone.
