Prof. Elrod-Sadler has worked for Saint Joseph’s College for almost a decade. She currently serves as the Director of “Towards a Christian Humanism,” which is one half of the Core program’s senior capstone experience. In this role she collaborates with fellow faculty to design a course that encourages students to explore their values genuinely and openly, and to then understand and embrace the ethical dimensions of their civic and personal commitments in a manner which promotes the dignity of all people.
Previous roles held by Prof. Elrod-Sadler include Director of Educational Support Services, Freshman Advisor and Faculty Advisor for Undeclared Students, member of the Title III Persistence and Retention Committee, as well as other committee work with colleagues.
