So demand is great for college graduates who have the skills, educational background, and passion for managing human resources.

Two paths: SJC offers two ways to study human resources management. First, majors in business administration may choose to concentrate in HR by taking four courses (12 credits). Second, non-business majors may choose to minor in human resources management
Internships/Practica: Both the concentration and the minor include a requirement that will payoff directly: You'll be placed in a human resources management environment with an area firm to continue to learn, practice and evaluate.
Strong networking: An extensive alumni network means you are easily connected to professionals. Junior and seniors attend alumni receptions in Indianapolis and Chicago specifically designed to work on networking skills. |
