Approval
for Student Teaching
Applications for student
teaching must be submitted to the Director of Student Teaching.
The designated due date is in the spring of the preceding year in which
the student plans to student teach. Each applicant is reviewed
individually by the education department. The decision is based
on
G.P.A., Benchmark Assignments, professional education course grades,
satisfactory prior field experiences, dispositions for teaching, and
passing Praxis II.
